Counseling Sessions
Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been in the counseling field for over 9 years working with wide variety of people. She currently works with teens, young adults, adults and couples. Katie brings a holistic and integrated approach to counseling with her clients. Research shows how much physical, environmental, and spiritual health effects a persons mental health. In counseling sessions, Katie assess the whole person through a biopsychosocial model and provides referrals and guidance in addressing all aspects effecting mental health. Katie has completed Level 1 of Gottman Method Relationship training assist clients in creating and maintaining healthy relationships.
Counseling and Neurofeedback services can be done together to address symptom management as well as learning ways to implement healthier self talk, coping skills, and alternate perspectives on relationships.

Counseling with Audrey
Audrey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a National Board Certification in Counseling. She has been in counseling for 6 yrs. She also works as assistant manager at the Mack Gaston Community Center and for Benchmark Health Services on the Crisis Team. Audrey is passionate about helping teens and young adults realize and achieve their full potential. She provides individual and group therapies with focus on Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Anger management, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Family Conflict, Self Esteem, and Suicidal Ideation. Audrey’s practice includes, CBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian Therapy, and others as needed for the optimal health of the client. Audrey practices with a culturally sensitive approach.
Audrey Works with Adolescents, Teens, and Young Adults: Ages 13-26 yrs old.

Counseling with Annette
Annette holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Capella University. She have over 4 years of clinical experience and over 7 years of school counseling experience. As a therapist her goal is to empower others by helping them recognize their own strengths and self-worth and to help them develop effective skills as they work through the healing process and regain control of their lives. In order to meet the needs of her clients, she uses a multi-faceted approach to therapy including techniques from Reality Therapy, CBT, and Adlerian Therapy. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

Counseling with Kristina
Kristina Cole is an intern counselor currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, a CACREP-accredited program. Her journey into counseling is fueled by a deep passion for supporting individuals in their personal growth and healing. As she works towards licensure, Kristina provides a compassionate and safe environment, ensuring her clients feel comfortable and supported.
Kristina focuses in areas such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and navigating life's transitions. She believes in the potential for change and growth in everyone and tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can explore their feelings and work towards a more fulfilling life.
With four years of experience as a Certified Addiction Counselor in residential and outpatient settings, Kristina brings valuable expertise to her practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and is currently under the direct supervision of clinical and faculty mentors, including her clinical supervisor, Katie Walker, LCSW.
Outside of her professional life, Kristina finds joy in spending time with her husband and two children. She looks forward to supporting her clients on their journey to wellness.

Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a form of Neurotherapy/ Biofeedback that trains your brainwaves to achieve a healthier state – kind of like
exercise, but for your brain! Neurofeedback uses EEG technology to measure your brainwave activity and offer you feedback on your performance in real time using operant conditioning, through visual and/or auditory cues from videos or music.
When brainwaves are disregulated it can increase symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, ADHD, memory issues, brain fog, and insomnia. It can also be used to improve performance, cognitive function, and focus.
Depending on physiology and the symptoms you want to address; most people need 20-40 session to achieve their goals.
Appropriate for ages 8 yrs and older.
